## Description

The Bilingual Customer Support Representative – Order Administration will support French- and English-speaking customers in the Peel Region, Ontario, handling reception and help desk inquiries, work orders, order processing, customer records, quotations, and service-technician tracking. The role coordinates with Operations, Training, Technical Support, Sales, and other internal teams, supports onboarding and project coordination, and may back up the Quebec Inside Sales team. It is an in-office permanent full-time position paying $50,000-$60,000 per year, with bilingual fluency required and customer service, order administration, or help desk experience preferred.
