## Description

The Technical Support Engineer will help medical professionals resolve software, portal, transport, network, and client-system issues through email and phone. The role includes diagnosing and documenting defects, managing client cases, assisting with Linux server builds, and helping customers install and configure network and peripheral systems. It requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, Linux and Windows/OS X experience, database and networking knowledge, shell scripting, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. The position is full-time, follows a Monday-to-Friday night shift, and uses a hybrid work setup with on-site training.
