## Description

Archibald Microbrasserie is hiring a temporary night-shift brewer to produce its historic and future beers while following quality and safety standards. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing equipment, harvesting and pitching yeast, transferring and clarifying beer, pasteurizing and conditioning beer, preparing wort, taking quality-control samples, training new operators, and helping resolve brewery issues. Candidates should have academic training in beer brewing, relevant brewing or food-processing experience, or a university degree in microbiology, chemistry, or food science; teamwork, independent work, and the ability to lift approximately 25 kg are also required. The position pays $26.79 per hour, with evening and night shift premiums.
