## Description

CIBT is hiring a full-time, remote Business Development Director to own the full sales cycle for consultative, expert-led immigration and workforce mobility services across Germany and Austria. The role manages territory and account plans, qualified pipelines, CRM data, forecasts, revenue targets, competitive proposals, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, bid management, and pricing teams. It requires extensive B2B new-business sales experience, knowledge of the German and Austrian markets, consultative and challenger selling expertise, Salesforce experience, and fluency in English.
