## Description

The Business Development Manager will generate revenue by selling Codestone’s cloud-based software solutions, consultancy services, and Microsoft managed services to new and existing clients. The role owns the full sales cycle, including prospecting, requirements gathering, tailored demonstrations, proposals, RFIs, ITTs, bid submissions, contract documentation, client relationship management, account growth, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, technical presales, and client engagement teams. Candidates need proven B2B technology sales experience, consultative selling and CRM skills, strong presentation and communication abilities, and a full UK driving licence with travel flexibility.
