## Description

Creatit is hiring a Business Development professional to generate new business, prospect brands, qualify leads, conduct discovery meetings, prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate scope and terms, close opportunities, and develop new sales channels. The role requires 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, new business, account management, or similar areas, along with proposal, prospecting, negotiation, communication, and digital-service knowledge. Compensation includes a €24,000 gross annual fixed salary, uncapped variable compensation, and an approximate €40,000 OTE, with a hybrid working model and potential progression into a Sales Manager or Head of Business Development role.
