## Description

The Business Development Manager will develop and manage introducing brokers, institutional partners, and professional trading teams in the Forex and CFD markets, support traditional finance clients in understanding Web3 trading, maintain partner-channel relationships, monitor market and competitor activity, and track conversion metrics and pipeline progress. The role requires experience in business development, channel sales, or client relationship management for CFD, Forex, or traditional brokerage derivatives, familiarity with IB and commission structures, strong negotiation and client-acquisition skills, and interest in Web3, DeFi, and crypto. The position is full-time and mid-level.
