## Description

Humanitarian Software is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new-business growth in the humanitarian aid and disaster relief nonprofit sector. The role owns the full sales cycle from pipeline generation and prospect qualification through discovery, demonstrations, proposals, procurement, and closing net-new customers, with a handoff to delivery. It requires 5–8 years of B2B software sales experience, including at least 3 years owning deals end to end and personally carrying a quota, along with complex consultative selling, outbound prospecting, communication, organization, and self-direction.
