## Description

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth for Sourceworx’s Network Operations Centre, managed network services, and related infrastructure-support offerings. The role owns strategic account expansion, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, weighted pipeline coverage, late-stage opportunity progression, complex sales pursuits, executive relationships, CRM governance, KPI reporting, and mentorship of junior business development managers. Candidates need a Matric Certificate, preferably a degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Management, at least five years of ICT sales experience with a proven solution-selling record, advanced Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, and strong knowledge of ICT sales strategy and network management services.
