## Description

The Business Development Manager will manage the full prospect pipeline from opportunity identification and validation through closing, map stakeholders, build relationships with prospective buyers and alliance partners, shape offers, educate prospects on OMP’s OMP offering, represent the company at commercial and networking events, and manage CRM follow-up. The role requires a university degree in business administration, supply chain management, or marketing, or equivalent solid experience, along with 5–10 years of commercial experience in business software solutions or supply chain consultancy, strong English communication, B2B sales, market strategy, prospect management, and supply chain management and planning skills. French and German are bonuses, and travel may be necessary.
