## Description

AfterShip is hiring a Business Development Representative to build qualified pipeline for its mid-market growth engine. The role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and personalized sequences; researching and prioritizing target accounts; qualifying leads; booking meetings for Account Executives; maintaining CRM records; and supporting account strategy with Marketing. No prior tech sales experience is required, while 6–12 months of sales experience is a plus. The position is hybrid, requiring attendance at the Utah office about four to five times per week, and offers USD $80,000–$100,000 in on-target earnings.
