## Description

Fusion Connect is hiring a Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities, conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling, qualify leads, set appointments, and support regional and national events and campaigns. The role requires consultative selling, knowledge of the telecommunications industry, Salesforce.com proficiency, and collaboration with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Enterprise Account Executives. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of sales development, lead generation, sales, or marketing experience are preferred, with SaaS experience advantageous.
