## Description

CoLab is hiring a Business Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline by researching engineering leaders, conducting cold calls, emails, and social outreach, qualifying prospects, and delivering SQLs and SAOs to Account Executives. The role requires experience in business development, strong communication and executive presence, technical product understanding, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. It is a full-time permanent position based in Toronto with regular travel, including commission and stock options, and an on-target earnings range of $70,000–$110,000.
