## Description

insightsoftware is hiring a Business Development Representative to generate Sales Accepted Opportunities through outbound prospecting, manage Marketing Qualified Leads, and build quality pipeline for its Office of the CFO solutions. The role owns territory strategy, prospecting plays, account coverage, lead qualification, CRM hygiene, and performance metrics, while reporting to a Business Development leader in a distributed North American team. Candidates need at least one year of outbound sales or business development experience, familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, strong communication and data skills, and a commitment to pipeline quality and growth.
