## Description

Ojin is hiring a founding Business Development Representative to build its outbound sales pipeline from scratch. The role involves prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn; researching buyers in learning and development, operations, sales, and customer support; qualifying leads; conducting introductory conversations; maintaining CRM accuracy; and meeting outreach and meeting-booked targets. The position is remote-friendly within CET ±2 hours, with a Berlin office, and requires hands-on outbound sales experience at a funded tech startup or scale-up, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to explain complex AI products. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not offered.
