Qualifacts is hiring a Business Development Representative to generate qualified leads for its behavioral health software and SaaS sales organization. The role involves researching prospects, qualifying cold and warm leads through outbound phone and email, scheduling discovery calls and demos, nurturing prospects with Account Executives, meeting lead-generation and sales-quota KPIs, and maintaining Salesforce data. The position is hybrid in Tampa, Florida, with a portion of the week in the office, and requires a college degree or equivalent work experience, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong communication, technical, and sales skills.
