## Description

SERVPRO® is hiring a full-time Business Development Representative to promote and educate insurance professionals, property managers, facility leaders, and other decision-makers about its cleaning and restoration services. The role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, emergency readiness planning, CRM recordkeeping, referral monitoring, and supporting closing appointments. Candidates should have at least two years of business development or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a competitive, process-oriented mindset; Salesforce or CRM experience is preferred. The position offers base salary plus monthly commissions, a company vehicle, comprehensive health benefits, and paid training.
