UserTesting is hiring a Business Development Representative I to drive growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, engaging prospective customers through phone and email, supporting account-based go-to-market activities with Account Executives, developing the pipeline, tracking activity, and meeting weekly and monthly KPIs. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, customer-facing experience, adaptability, objection-handling, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment with quarterly travel; Salesforce knowledge is ideal but not required.
