## Description

A remote, full-time Business Development Representative will generate qualified B2B sales opportunities by researching ideal customer profiles, building prospect lists, conducting outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn, leading initial discovery and qualification conversations, and handing qualified opportunities to the closing team. The role requires at least two years of B2B business development or outbound sales experience, strong account research and communication skills, familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo, and comfort working toward KPIs during U.S. business hours.
