## Description

SBA Communications is hiring a Business Development Representative II to identify and qualify prospective customers and strategic partners, generate leads, schedule discovery meetings, conduct market research, maintain CRM records, and support account-based marketing and strategic account management. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, 1–3 years of relevant business development or sales experience, enterprise research and prospecting experience, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in data center, telecommunications, fiber, cloud, artificial intelligence infrastructure, colocation, or technology sectors, CRM and prospecting-platform experience, and familiarity with consultative selling and account-based strategies.
