## Description

The Cache Support Specialist will support airline partners and internal teams by maintaining data quality, analyzing data flows and API connections, documenting and testing errors and changes, handling technical inquiries, managing user accounts and new-customer onboarding, and contributing to process and data-source projects. The role requires tourism, computer science, or comparable education, support, quality assurance, or product management experience, strong German and English skills, analytical ability, and API experience. It is based in Berlin with flexible home-office arrangements.
