## Description

Conejo Services is hiring a Call Center Representative to handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve client issues, book or change appointments, retain memberships, record interactions, and meet productivity goals. The role requires at least one year of relevant work experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and flexibility to work Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including weekends and shifts until 6 p.m. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid life and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid sick days, and paid vacation.
