## Description

CAI is hiring a full-time, onsite Case Management Analyst in Newark, Delaware to analyze Medicaid organizational processes and provide operational support. The role involves retrieving and distributing Medicaid applications, routing cases, documenting eligibility-system updates, answering client communications, monitoring case completion, auditing work, tracking operational metrics, and supporting process and policy updates. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of data entry and customer service experience, database and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, and fluent English. The position pays $20 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) access, and possible paid sick leave or other paid time off.
