Help Group is hiring a full-time Case Manager in Van Nuys to provide case management and direct services to FSP children and families, including resource identification, needs assessment, living and vocational support, agency coordination, documentation, and client outreach. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of experience working with children and TAY-aged clients with mental illness, strong communication skills, and a valid California driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
