## Description

This role manages, develops, and retains a client portfolio by advising customers, identifying needs, proposing suitable products or services, handling complaints, and ensuring satisfaction and retention. Candidates should have a Master’s-level business-related education, at least 4 years of similar experience in structured environments such as banking, insurance, services, or large companies, and strong sales, negotiation, CRM, and customer relationship skills, with French fluency and English as a plus.
