## Description

Marsh is hiring a commercial professional to generate new corporate clients in Mexico, develop large Mexican companies and multinational corporations, create meetings with senior executives, build a sales pipeline, lead initial sales conversations, and coordinate with technical and service teams on proposal preparation. The role requires consultative sales or business development experience, lead-generation and sales-cycle management, executive relationship-building, and strong communication and organizational skills. Previous insurance, brokerage, financial-services, or risk-solutions experience is desirable, and the role follows Marsh’s hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.
