## Description

Knox Attorney Service is hiring a Legal Document Specialist to monitor 50–75 daily orders, coordinate updates from field agents, communicate with clients, input notes and new orders into a database, review completed orders, and process them for billing. The role also handles urgent client calls and requires fast typing, familiarity with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Outlook, strong organization, attention to detail, and professional phone and email etiquette. The position offers a minimum starting pay of $20 per hour, a 90-day review, full benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, and paid leave and retirement benefits.
