## Description

The Client Services Onsite Support Engineer provides frontline technical support to client end users and IT staff at an assigned client site. The role handles inbound incidents and service requests, troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and account-access issues, documents resolutions, escalates complex problems, and assists with workstation and application setup. It is a full-time onsite placement with Monday–Thursday onsite work and Friday remote work, requiring customer service, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; 2–5 years of helpdesk or technical support experience is ideal.
