# Client Services Onsite Support Engineer at shieldtp

## Description

The Client Services Onsite Support Engineer is a full-time, onsite role supporting a client’s end users and IT staff at a single client location. The engineer responds to requests by phone, email, ticketing systems, and in person; troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and account-access issues; documents incidents; escalates complex problems; and assists with workstation setup and basic application maintenance. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM ET, and the role requires 2–5 years of helpdesk, desktop, or technical support experience, along with strong customer service and communication skills.
