## Description

Interactive Brokers is hiring an early-career Client Services representative for its Chicago Client Experience team. The role provides first-line support to clients by phone, email, and chat; guides users through a multi-asset trading platform; troubleshoots account, funding, and trading issues; and collaborates with technology, risk, and operations teams. Candidates should preferably have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or a related field, one to three years of customer-facing, finance, or technology experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and an understanding of major financial instruments. The position is hybrid, requiring four days in the office and one day remotely.
