## Description

Intapp is hiring a Client Support Engineer for its Client Success & Support team. The role investigates, triages, and resolves high-priority and complex support tickets; assists clients with technical product and configuration issues; documents troubleshooting steps; escalates defects; manages client communication; and identifies opportunities for product improvement. The position requires a relevant degree or documented technical support experience, help-desk workflow knowledge, troubleshooting and analytical skills, communication ability, SaaS or enterprise software experience, and familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs. Basic SQL and T-SQL experience is highly desirable, along with optional Dell Boomi, Microsoft,.NET, network troubleshooting, and Intapp product experience.
