The Client Support Representative provides frontline support for client inquiries across phone, chat, and case channels, troubleshooting Orion and Redtail workflows, maintaining Salesforce documentation, and owning Priority 1 and aged cases. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills, with a minimum high school education and preferably prior customer service or technology support experience. It is a hybrid position requiring three or more on-site days per week at an Orion office, with a stated salary range of $20.67 to $29.57 and health, dental, vision, and disability coverage.
