## Description

Bupa is hiring a full-time Clinical Unit Manager for a care home in Dean Wood, Brighton and Hove. The role leads a clinical team, assesses residents’ wellbeing, maintains accurate records, provides clinical guidance, mentors staff, builds relationships with residents and families, and coordinates with local partners. It requires a registered nurse with a valid NMC pin, strong communication and delegation skills, and a commitment to person-centred care. The schedule is 48 hours per week, including 12 supernumerary hours, with 8am–8pm shifts and alternative weekends, and pays £20.03–£26.20 per hour depending on experience and capability.
