# CNC Machine Operator - 1st Shift at Nesco Resource

## Description

Nesco Resource is hiring a CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC mills, manual lathes, drill presses, end mills, and laser welders; load and modify G-code programs; interpret blueprints and SolidWorks drawings; inspect parts; monitor production; perform maintenance and troubleshooting; document production data; and improve machining efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of CNC machining experience, manufacturing or fabrication experience, blueprint and G-code knowledge, manual-machine experience, precision-measuring skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays listed as benefits.
