## Description

Frederick Health is hiring a full-time PBX Hospital Operator to administer incoming and outgoing telephone, radio, paging, and alarm communications; monitor automated alarms; dispatch response teams; coordinate with security, public agencies, and ancillary departments; maintain records and on-call schedules; and support hospital-wide communications. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience operating multi-line telephone systems, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The schedule is 80 hours bi-weekly across days, evenings, and nights as needed, with an hourly pay range of $17.51 to $20.93.
