## Description

INSPYR Solutions is hiring a Genesys Contact Center Application Engineer for a contract-to-hire role in McKinney, Texas, or Westmont, Illinois, with a hybrid arrangement requiring one day onsite. The role designs, builds, and maintains Genesys Cloud CX call flows, IVRs, integrations, bots, reporting, and AI agents; develops automation and troubleshooting capabilities; and supports release, security, compliance, and change-management activities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant experience, strong Genesys Cloud CX and API integration skills, bot and AI/LLM experience, scripting ability, and familiarity with cloud, telephony, and contact-center operations.
