## Description

Morgan Stanley is hiring an Analyst/Associate to support Corporate FP&A Finance Modernization and Integrated Forecasting transformation. The role involves mapping budgeting, forecasting, and management-reporting workflows; standardizing definitions, templates, and driver logic; building automated Excel models, dashboards, and presentation materials; coordinating testing and rollout communications; tracking transformation governance; and embedding controls-by-design. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or expected degree, strong communication and organizational skills, programming experience, and familiarity with project and software development lifecycles. The expected base pay is $85,000 to $115,000 per year.
