## Description

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is hiring a full-time Coverage Behavior Technician in the Boston area to provide year-round floating coverage across School Services and Behavioral Health programs. The role delivers direct behavioral intervention, implements IEPs and behavior intervention plans, applies ABA methodologies, supports crisis management, collects behavioral data, and assists with staffing, onboarding, peer mentorship, and operational projects. Candidates need at least two years of behavioral intervention, ABA, special education, or related experience, CPI certification or willingness to obtain it, strong communication and documentation skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to 15 miles one-way. The position pays $27–$28 per hour and includes a targeted 30-hour work week, paid holidays, professional development, and career growth opportunities.
