## Description

ASML is hiring a Customer Support Engineer for its Taiwan Technology Software Engineering group to support EUV and other lithography products. The role involves preparing and assisting with software actions, reviewing complex documentation, troubleshooting software issues, determining service-oriented solutions, participating in continuous improvement, and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders. Candidates should have a Computer Sciences MSc. or equivalent, customer support or FAE experience, basic Linux skills, computer system and network knowledge, and preferably 1–5 years of semiconductor industry experience.
