Hubexo is hiring a Customer Care - Admin to support Customer Success teams across Asia by managing renewals, processing orders, preparing quotations, maintaining account and pricing data, and coordinating with Finance and subscriptions teams. The role requires a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field, 2–4 years of experience in administration, sales support, or operations, strong attention to detail, Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency, and strong communication, time-management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
