## Description

webook.com is hiring a Customer Care Manager to lead customer care operations across the company, client accounts, and global markets. The role owns in-house team management, service quality, escalations, workflows, reporting, systems, and outsourcing strategy, while overseeing inquiries, complaints, refunds, bookings, payments, ticket access, and event-related issues. The manager will establish KPIs, quality assurance, training, knowledge management, and processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve automation and the customer journey. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field, fluency in Arabic and English, and experience managing customer care or contact centre operations, including in-house teams and outsourced service providers.
