## Description

Alta Resources is hiring a Customer Care Representative to provide professional customer service and sales support through inbound and outbound calls, email, sample fulfillment, data entry, order validation, product support, and issue resolution. The role also handles regulated compliance matters, updates reports, supports survey and process testing, performs some data analysis, meets performance metrics, and escalates issues according to client procedures. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service, sales, training, or member-retention experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, accurate data entry, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
