## Description

HackerRank is hiring a CXE 2 to lead complex, ambiguous, enterprise, and escalated customer technical problems from investigation through resolution and prevention. The role combines deep technical investigation across web applications, APIs, integrations, authentication, data, and code; building scripts, integrations, automations, and AI agents; leading high-severity incidents; coordinating with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams; and mentoring CXE 1 engineers. It requires 3–7 years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, implementation, cloud support, software engineering, SDET, or similar customer-facing role, along with Python or similar coding, AI workflow, and customer communication skills. The base salary is $120,000–$135,000 plus a target 10% annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
