## Description

The Customer Experience Operations Professional will support the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Owner sector’s Global Professional Services and Customer Success organizations by administering commission and incentive plans, performing calculations and reconciliations, maintaining compensation records, and producing Salesforce, Excel, and BI-based reports. The role also supports operational activities, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and the management of large datasets and confidential compensation information.
