## Description

The Customer Operations Specialist I supports customer service and order management for internal and external customers, including routine order processing, standard quotations, order entry, customer communication, lead-time coordination, and updates. The role partners with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Customer Success, and Sales, and may support customer visits or audits. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and at least two years of experience in medical device or a related field, with medical device manufacturing, design-drawing, Oracle, and SAP experience preferred or advantageous.
