## Description

mylight150 is recruiting a Customer Relations Representative for its Technical Customer Care team. The role supports installers and customers through phone, tickets, and email by qualifying requests, diagnosing control-unit and virtual-battery-system issues, resolving problems, recording actions in a CRM, escalating Level 3 issues, and coordinating with internal teams. It also provides product information and assistance with installations and registration procedures. The position is a 39-hour-per-week fixed-term contract with an annual gross salary of €25,000 to €30,000, health insurance, meal vouchers, and the possibility of working remotely 1 to 2 days per week.
