## Description

Wabtec is hiring a Customer Service/Order Management professional in a hybrid role based in São Paulo, Brazil. The position serves as the focal point for customers, validates purchase orders against proposals and contracts, enters and monitors orders in an ERP, tracks deliveries, billing, backlogs, and contractual obligations, and supports portfolio risk management, S&OP, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, prior customer service or order management experience, ERP knowledge, advanced English, and strong analytical and communication skills.
