## Description

Applied Materials is hiring a full-time ETCH Customer Service Engineer to serve as the local focal between customers and the factory for service-product development, evaluation, penetration, and deployment within the Applied Global Service business unit. The role involves defining customer needs, developing service solutions and proposals, troubleshooting complex wafer-process and hardware issues, conducting customer demonstrations, integrating technology requirements into product roadmaps, and supporting customized process development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of direct wafer-processing expertise, at least three years supporting a customer, Chinese and English fluency, and preferably etch experience.
