## Description

CAE is hiring a full-time, fully onsite Customer Service Representative for a Thursday-to-Tuesday flight-training environment. The role provides front-desk and client support, handles check-in and documentation, manages access credentials, supports registrations in Pelesys, coordinates enrollments, processes payments, monitors inquiries, and assists with lounge, exam, and administrative activities. Candidates need at least two years of work experience, CEGEP DEC or equivalent education, bilingual English and French communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
