## Description

Leidos is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for its FHA Resource Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role supports HUD and FHA housing programs by answering calls and emails, providing information on rental assistance and FHA mortgages, handling complaints, documenting communications, and following SOPs. The position is on-site Monday through Friday, pays $17.00 per hour, and includes medical and dental insurance, a 401K, life and AD&D plans, training, paid time off, holidays, and other employee benefits. Applicants need at least two years of high-volume contact-center experience, a high school diploma or GED, knowledge-base and SOP experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
